Biography
Jessica Weidman is a classically trained Lyric Soprano with a four octave range. Her beautiful voice, warm and witty personality, and rare ability to sing “crossover” concerts allows her to perform many genres of music. She performs Opera, Broadway, Classical, Gospel and Spirituals. With this repertoire, she always has something to please everyone.
Over the past 20 years, Jessica has been a featured soloist with various symphonies, at numerous conventions, and many religious gatherings in the Untied States. As an International entertainer and missionary, she is widely known for her “singing missions” in Scotland, France and Ireland. Jessica has been guest soloist in a theatrical tour of Paris and Nice, France, as a music ambassador to the United Nations. Her numerous concert tours in Scotland and Ireland have been fund raisers for Hospices, missions in Africa, international first responders and repairs of local churches. For several years Jessica has been a featured soloist at The Royal Concert Hall in Glasgow Scotland for a fundraiser for the Children’s Hospice Association of Scotland. These concerts have brought in enough funds to build a new wing on the children’s hospital. She also has traveled here in the US for a concert tour of New York City, Baltimore and Washington DC for The Little Sisters of The Poor, a Catholic charity that benefits impoverished elderly throughout the world.
Jessica’s third CD, “A Night at the Theater” was released in 2020.
